Sie ist Chief People Officer und Mitglied des Executive Board der Viessmann Gruppe. Sie ist eine der f\u00fchrenden Stimmen in der People &amp; Culture Community und wurde vom Personalmagazin zum \u201eCHRO of the Year 2022\u201c gew\u00e4hlt.\u00a0Im Gespr\u00e4ch bringt sie viele neue und noch nicht geh\u00f6rte Ideen und Sichtweisen ein.
