Was f\u00fcr ein Jahr!<\/p>\n<p>Ich glaube, in wenigen Jahren zuvor habe ich so schnell so viel gelernt \u00fcber Kommunikation und speziell \u00fcber digitale Kommunikation, und dar\u00fcber spreche ich in dieser Ausgabe\u00a0 von &#8222;Zur Lage der Kommunikation&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Ja, ich wei\u00df, das Jahr ist noch nicht ganz herum, aber ich habe f\u00fcr mich schon mal begonnen, Bilanz zu ziehen und mir zu \u00fcberlegen: Was habe ich denn eigentlich alles gelernt und was habe ich auch beobachtet?<\/p>\n<h3>Einige Punkte, auf die ich in dieser Folge n\u00e4her eingehe:<\/h3>\n<p>Widerstand gegen Digital ist zwecklos.<\/p>\n<p>Social Media ist nicht optional.<\/p>\n<p>Manches ist nicht das, was es scheint.<\/p>\n<p>Manche Dinge funktionieren einfach, manche einfach nicht \u2013 aber\u00a0 manche auch besser als erwartet.<\/p>\n<p>Mediennutzung ver\u00e4ndert Wahrnehmung.<\/p>\n<p>EIN Unternehmen ist keine Studie \u2013 anekdotische Evidenz ist kein Beleg.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate Influencer sind besser vorbereitet.<\/p>\n<p>Das digitale Ich ist nichts ohne die Community.<\/p>\n<p>Pers\u00f6nlicher Kontakt ist wichtiger denn je.<\/p>\n<p>Nichts ist sicher, gerade deswegen sollte man gut planen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; und, ganz pers\u00f6nlich: Dankbarkeit und Mitgef\u00fchl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was sind Ihre Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse?
