Innovation und Change bleiben auf der Strecke, wo Menschen sich nur noch digital austauschen!\u201c Das habe ich so oder so \u00e4hnlich in dieser Woche gleich mehrfach geh\u00f6rt und gelesen. Der Grund \u2013 jetzt kommt\u2019s! \u2013 liege vor allem im fehlenden informellen Austausch.<\/p>\n<p>Ohje! Das ist auf so vielen Ebenen nicht zutreffend, dass ich gar nicht wei\u00df, wo ich anfangen soll. Ich versuche es in dieser Ausgabe aber trotzdem:<\/p>\n<p>Wie k\u00f6nnen Teams dezentral zusammenarbeiten und dabei wirklich Neues entwickeln? Warum ist nicht \u201eHomeoffice kaputt\u201c, sondern etwas ganz anderes im Unternehmen? Was muss die Organisation lernen, damit Technik und Mensch harmonieren? Warum sind Kommunikationsbyp\u00e4sse ein Zeichen daf\u00fcr, dass Strukturen nicht stimmen?
